With an active volcano and the most beautiful sunsets in the world, it is a popular destination for honeymooners, families, lovers and people looking for love. Most people want to stay in the towns of Fira, Oia, Imerovigli and Firostefani which are on the rim of the volcano, overlooking the sea. Rooms and suites with caldera view can be expensive but don't have to be. If you want to be close to the beach stay in Kamari, Perivolos or Perissa.
