Traditional villa with 10 studios, en suite, with fully equipped kitchenette, balcony. Each has air-conditioning, colour TV, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, and iron. In our lounge one can have optional buffet breakfast or just relax with cable TV, DVD-video, music, magazines, table games, and friendly chat with your fellow guests. We have Fax and internet as well as e-mail facilities. Visit the roof garden with pots of flowers, and a lovely water spring! You can see the wonderful views all around the island, and watch the magnificent sunset and moonlight!!! Sunbathe on the easy chairs! Have a barbecue! And enjoy, with friends, old and new! Perdika is a fishing village, one side is a pedestrian cobbled road, in front of the sea, with taverns, coffee shops in a series, to sit and relax and watch the sunset and the yachts, sailing by. There is a nice rocky beach ,with umbrellas, two wooden jetties to jump and swim in clear, blue waters. Other larger, organized, beaches within easy reach by bus, taxi or rental car. Or, take a boat to ‘Moni’, little isle, 8 minutes away!! Moni has pine forests, sandy beach, peacocks and deer to feed from your hand, ideal for swimming, climbing through the pine wood to the pointed top of its mountain for a pic-nic. Perdika is 9 kilometers away from the port-city of the island of Aegina, the 'floating suburb’ of Athens, the hop-in island, since it is so close to Greece's capital city with highspeeds and ferries coming and going all the time, summer or winter, as weather conditions are always good. The island, itself, is of great historical interest, with the Temple of Aphaea, Monasteries, and churches. Cultural and Art events are held here throughout the year as well as sports, vivid nightlife, and entertainment.
