The hotel, previously known as Rodos Beach, joined the Grecotel group
on 1997 following extensive renovations and improvements. The hotel offers main building and bungalow accommodation
set in the colourful gardens and adjoining a sandy beach.
 The beachside location of the
Grecotel Rhodos Royal in the picturesque coastal resort of Faliraki, just 12 kms from the historic town of Rhodes
and 16 kms from the airport, offers a rich variety of resort facilities for all the family. In addition to the
fabulous swimming complex and the Mediteranean beach, the hotel offers a Watersports School with wind-surfing,
pedaloes and canoes, a Fitness Club with professional trainer, and the Rhodes Golf Course is nearby.
 The hotel has 308 rooms and
61 bungalows. All rooms have balcony/terrace, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, music/radio,
air-conditioning, refrigerator and safe boxes (on charge).
Breakfast is in American Buffet style. Lunch is "a-la-carte" in the Beach Restaurant on Brasserie. Dinner
is a 5 course menu, served in the Main Restaurant. Starters, salads, cheese and desserts on buffet style. Choise
of 3 main courses including one non-meat dish served.
The Grecotel Rhodos Royal beachside location offers a wide variety of resort facilities for all the family. The
hotel is famous for its 3 outdoor swimming pools with fresh water plus a lazy river with children's pool. During
cooler months, guests may also enjoy the relaxation of the heated indoor pool with fitness club. The sandy beach
is a paradise for guests who want to soak up the sun and swim in the blue waters of the Mediterranean.
The hotel has Towels, sun beds, umbrellas and showers all free of charge in the pool area and on the beach. Watersports
available on the beach (on charge). Possibility of mountain bike rental. The hotel also offers Fitness Club, Saun/massage,
Steam bath, Beach Volley Ball. Golf (4 kms from the hotel).
Daytime activities include: Gymnastics: morning gym, aerobics, Hip-hop etc. Vita Aktiva: callanetics, breathing
& relaxation exercises, creative activities. Atelier studio : T shirt & silk painting. Sport: table tennis,
volleyball, water ball, beach games, pool games. Culture : walks, Sirtaki dance lessons, Greek languages lessons,
Greek cookery lessons and local culture etc.
Evening activities include : animation shows, folklore dance show, dance music/hotel band, piano player, professional
dance shows, weekly Barbecue, Fish Festival, Greek Evenings etc. (May till earle October depending on weather conditions)
Facilities for children : Grecoland Club (Free of charge), all season (3-12 yrs) supervision for a few hours, children's
playground, fun, games, competitions etc. Free cots, highchairs in the restaurant, children's menus/early meals.
Babysitter (on request, fixed prices)
A variety of shops including mini market, jewellery and hairdresser are in the hotel.
