There is the most splendid panoramic view of the island across the sea to the mainland from the house, pool and gardens. The house is situated within a beautiful garden with two separate guest houses, very large swimming pool (15 x 10m/49 x 33 ft)) with its own alfresco bar and kitchen area, substantial outdoor furniture for 'pool living', a barbeque and numerous pergolas and shaded areas.
From the ground floor, there is a sweeping staircase that leads up to the first floor and into a very large open plan living/dining room and well equipped kitchen. This room leads out onto a big terrace with fantastic 360 degree views of the sea, the village and the mountains. The living room is beautifully decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard.
This is a very large and spacious property in a fantastic position and of exceptional quality. Telephone and facsimile lines are available. The house has central heating and the pool can be heated for cooler months. All of the bedrooms are delightfully decorated and designed and have stunning teak hardwood floors. The bathrooms are white marble with granite flooring. These rooms lead on to a large covered terrace with domes and huge arches. Damage deposit is required, clients are responsible for all damages to the property and the contents. |
This exceptional and quite outstanding property is set high above Spetses town, in very private, secluded grounds, within a short distance of the centre and the nightlife of the Old Harbour.
In the main house there are four air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, one en-suite full bathroom, one en-suite shower room and a further shared shower room. The Master Bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom. The three single bedrooms, are one with en-suite shower room and the other two share a shower room. 
The charming guest houses are situated in the gardens near the swimming pool and consist of two air-conditioned studios, each with a double bed, en-suite shower room and kitchenette, making a total of two double bedrooms each with en-suite shower room. These also have fantastic views to the sea.|
