XENON Estate, respects the island’s architectural history and tradition, by combining them with a modern approach, keeping the basic constructive rhythm which made Spetses famous for its aristocratic style.

Located on a hill full of pine trees, the Estate will satisfy even the most demanding clientele by combining a high quality of aesthetic facilities and services as well as everything a place would need to be considered unique: amazing view towards all directions of the horizon, peace and calm of the mountain, autonomy and relaxation close to the sea breeze.

XENON Estate is situated in the north west of the town of Spetses which is called Kokkinaria, an area on a hill of approximately 150 m height, full of pine trees and well known for its unique view and its calm ambiance. Here, within an area of 4.5 hectares, are located 3 autonomous luxury villas surrounded by special designed outdoor spots and gardens which include kiosks, swimming pool of extra large dimensions (15m x 7m), exterior massage bed corner etc.   

Being a brand new luxury resort, a lot of attention was given to the style of XENON Estate in order, on the one hand, to combine a rather modern approach of what we used to call traditional and, on the other, to promote the simplicity of what we call luxury, based on the selection of the building and decorative materials. The most common amongst them are the oak used on the house floors and the kitchens, the marble, the stone and the wood used for the outdoor constructions but also the luxury of the bathrooms consisted of design bath items and mosaic “murano”.  All the above made this Estate unique.
