Andros
Andros is not on many itineraries but it should be. It is more green than the other Cyclades islands, and has some beautiful beaches and not over-run by tourists. The town of Andros has an impressive art museum and is home to some of Greece's wealthiest shipowners. The town of Batsi has a number of hotels, some great restaurants and nice beaches. Hotels are listed from the ones I most recommend and then highest category to lowest with villas, apartments, houses and simple rooms last.
