Aeras Milos Windmill

The Aera Milos Windmill is a detached traditional windmill house, located in a very peaceful and quiet area at the top of a hill just above Tripiti Village, approximately 4 km from the port of Adamas and 3 km from the nearest beach. The windmill is surrounded by garden and terraces with magnificent views of the traditional hillside villages of Plaka and the surrounding scenery, as well as the Aegean sea in the distance.

Milos Windmill House

This windmill can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. It was built during the middle of the 19th century, and was recently refurbished into a house in a way that entirely respects the traditional architecture. It consists of three levels which are connected with an interior wooden staircase. The ground floor serves as a living room and is equipped with a TV, air conditioning and a small WC. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and on the second floor there is another bedroom with two single beds.

Detached from the windmill and 15 meters from it, is what used to be the "wheat grinder's" cottage, now functioning as an annex to the windmill house consisted of a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area and a bathroom. It should be noted that the main bathroom is located in the cottage building and not in the main windmill house where the bedrooms are.

There is available parking space directly in front of the main entrance and the guests can also use the outdoor barbeque. The Windmill is air conditioned, while daily cleaning is available and change of linen offered every two days.
