The house occupies the entire ground floor of a two-story house (a building consisted of a ground floor and a first floor), situated in a very quiet location, with a panoramic view of Kamares village and Kamares bay, surrounded by large verandas and patios with panoramic sea view.

It is a house with open floor plan combination of living room/dining room with windows with sea view, kitchen, plus 3 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed, dresser with mirror, large wardrobe with hanging space and drawers, has a verandah with mountain view. The second bedroom has twin beds (a single bed and a single trundle pull out bed) with free standing open storage unit filled with games, without any window, balcony or veranda. The third
bedroom has a single bed, a large wardrobe and a verandah with sea view.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a counter with 4 stools. Large living room with a dining table for six persons. The bathroom has a standing shower and rain shower head, and the washing machine is fitted in the bathroom. Private parking provided right in front of house.
