The complex consists of three comfortable one-bedroom Apartments (3 units) and one two-bedroom Apartment (1 unit) that can accommodate up to 3 or 4 persons. The units are built according to the typical Cycladic architecture and offer panoramic views to the traditional villages, the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands in the distance.

The one-bedroom Apartments are located either on the ground or upper floor, and have one double bedroom, a separate living room with two single beds or a sofa bed and a kitchenette, one bathroom and a private terrace. On the upper floor, the two-bedroom Apartment is composed of a living room with a sofa, one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette, one bathroom and a private veranda. The second bedroom is at the semi-basement level accessible via the interior
staircase, and has two more single beds.
