The Niriedes Suites is an A' class hotel built in 2003. Located in Platys Yialos, at 50 m. from the water front and 100 m. from the beach (going downhill on steps), it offers a magnificent sea view and the slightly elevated position gives the impression of being perched above the waters edge. It was designed by a famous local architect and it has been built with an exquisite architecture, and a charming traditional layout and décor, offering a high quality standard, among the highest of the island.

Here there are 2 VIP suites, 6 superior suites and 1 standard suite. The Standard suite (1 unit) is composed a bedroom and a living room corner. The Superior and VIP suites (8 units) are composed of a bedroom and a living room. The VIP suites are larger than the Superior ones, in their interior and in their veranda size, and they also offer the best views the hotel has to offer.

Each suite has a different name and each has its own personality and characteristics, as they are furnished and decorated in a variety of styles, each accentuating a different tone. All units have central air-conditioning and heating, telephone, cable TV, music, safe box, hairdryer, kitchenette, and PC socket. Amenities of the hotel include a breakfast lounge, a snack bar, a small swimming pool with Jacuzzi, gym, laundry service and room service. Free Internet accessible through a wall-mounted PC socket in all accommodation units.

The hotel has been built amphitheatrically on a cliff and there are 4 levels of suites accessible via stairs. There is no elevator.
