The Villa Ari is located in Exambela, a tranquil neighbourhood approximately 2 km from the central square of Apollonia. Set on an elevated position that allows for uninterrupted views of the Aegean sea and the neighboring islands, Villa Ari is an elegant, eight bedroom residence that captures the essence of an island summer home that can accommodate up to 15 guests.

In the old days, the most notable and important families of the local community owned the most aristocratic and elegant residences, which were always located on the top of the hill, above the commercial life of the island. Today, the villa underwent a meticulous restoration to return to its former glory and radiate the nobility of previous times, while it has been delicately modernized with more creative and contemporary touches.

The handcrafted wooden doors and the high ceilings keep the old aristocratic atmosphere alive, still being a warm home styled by a mix of Greek folklore and European refined decoration and art objects. Wide terraces planted with pines trees surround the building, offering tranquil sitting and lounge areas, ideal for an afternoon coffee, small gatherings or a perfect place for meditation. An infinity swimming pool (90 sq. meters) adds a contemporary touch of luxury, embellishing the perfect setting for relaxing and unforgettable holidays.

The villa’s interior is a blend of classical elegance with contemporary touch. Designer furnishings are complimented by antique pieces and collections of handcrafted artifacts, creating a laid-back atmosphere of boho-chic sophistication. The living room is bright and cozy, with high ceilings and wooden floorings. Adjacent to the living room is a generous traditional dining area that is served by a well-appointed English-country style kitchen.

The bedrooms are furnished and decorated to convey an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. Large French windows let the sunlight in and offer views to the landscape. The palette is monochromatic, mainly in the tones of beiges, with the only splashes of color coming from the odd artifacts that decorate the rooms.
